Traineeship 6 months kitchen / Intensive Pizza Course / Traineeship 4 months pizzeria – February to December 2015

Purpose for attending a professional pizza course in the BIVERÒ PIZZA ACADEMY: Ken stayed for one year with us. He came from Japan to discover all the secrets of the Italian kitchen.
For 6 months he did a traineeship in the kitchen of our restaurant ZERO ZERO. When there was nothing left to teach him in the kitchen, he started with an intensive course in our Pizza Academy, after which he did a traineeship for 4 months in our pizzeria.
